Unlock iPhone 4.0 and release firmware 3.1.2 with baseband

This is a tutorial to make it to unlock and Jailbreak 11/05/1907 baseband of your iPhone 3G and 3G to blackra1n !

We need:

  • iPhone (2G , 3G & 3G )
  • The Baseband 11.5.1907 (only for 3G and 3G iPhone )
  • Firmware 3.2.1
  •  unlock iphone 4.0

Download blackra1n for :

Mac

Windows

If you already have the firmware 3.1.2 and baseband can 11/05/1907 skipping the first step. ( You can see your baseband version from Settings > General > Information / firmware of the modem).

Step 1 :

Having the iPhone with firmware 3.1.2 (if you do not, update from iTunes.)

In case you have not updated , use this firmware 3.1.2 for iPhone:

iPhone 3g 3.2.1

iPhone 3G 3.2.1

If you had not updated you connect the iPhone and put it in DFU mode in Windows by pressing the Shift + Restore on Mac by pressing Alt + Restore, and the new window that opens select the 3.1.2 firmware we downloaded .

Step 2:

Now connect the iPhone, closed iTunes, and open the blackra1n. We make you click make it ra1n and begins the process by itself.

After waiting a few moments we skip a message, we will just OK .

Step 3:

The blackra1n will give a notice of resumption .

Step 4:

Your iPhone screen so stay with for a while.

Step 5:

Now disconnect from iTunes, we unlock the iPhone and the application of blackra1n and open it .

ATTENTION: Before opening the blackra1n we must ensure we are connected to a WiFi network with Internet access .

Step 6:

Select Cydia , Rock is not mandatory, and if the most important, and we select Sn0w install.

Step 7:

We hope to complete the installation process and when finished we will have our iPhone with firmware 3.1.2 with baseband 11/05/2007 , with jailbreak and iphone 4.0 unlock  ( release ) for any cell phone company !
